Reheating Instructions for Meats:

Pre-heat 400 degree oven. Tightly wrap meat in foil and place on a sheet pan. Heat for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Why and when do you sell out?

We smoke the maximum amount of meat that we can fit in our smokers and the complete process takes about 24 hours each time we fire them up. We sell the amount of meat we have available each day and once it’s gone, it’s gone! We don’t have a crystal ball so can’t guess what time we will sell out on any given day, but feel free to call us and we’ll let you know how it looks at that time.

We have a great selection of smokehouse sandwiches, salads, sides and specials that are also available so you won’t be left hungry if we’re sold out of any meats by the pound.

Must I order ahead of time?

No. Come on by! We are open for business Thursday - Sunday. Feel free to place an online pre-order if you want to make sure to secure some ‘que or if you have a large order.

Can I call to place an order?

We are accepting phone orders Thursdays and Fridays only. Orders are ready within 15-30 minutes. Scheduled pickup times for phone orders are currently unavailable. Pre-order online if you’d like to choose a specific date and time to pickup. You may also order through ChowNow.

Can you hold my order so I can pick it up later?

No. Please plan to pick up your order in a timely manner. We do not have enough equipment capacity to store orders for a later pickup. Food safety is very important to us therefore orders that are unclaimed will be discarded. No refunds will be given for abandoned orders.

Do you offer curbside delivery to my car?

Yes. When you arrive, call us at 650-713-5303 and we will place the order in your trunk or backseat. 

I have a food allergy.

If you have a food allergy and placed an online order please leave a note in the comments section at checkout. Please be aware we are not a nut-, gluten-, or dairy-free facility. Feel free to email us or call during business hours if you have questions about ingredients.

Why are there a few days between when I place my online pre-order and pickup?

We are fortunate to employ a small but mighty crew that is prepping, cooking and smoking meats at our max capacity in order to serve as many guests as possible every week. Our smoked meats take about 24 hours to prepare along with our freshly made sides, sauces, etc.

What time will my online pre-order be ready to pickup?

To help efficiency in service, we kindly ask that you please select a scheduled pickup time at checkout. "As soon as possible” (Saturday at 12:15 pm) is the default time, but we're asking that choose a specific time if possible. This will help us get the orders out to you faster and you'll have the benefit of knowing when your order will be ready.

Your pickup time is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to have it ready by your preferred time. 

ALL ORDERS ARE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use Apple/Google Pay you may not be prompted to select a future pickup date/time and it may default to “As soon as possible.” It’s some sort of weird glitch, sorry for any inconvenience! Shoot us an email if you need to update your pickup time.

Can I cancel or change my online pre-order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please double check your order before purchasing. We CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS after you place it.

If you want to ADD TO YOUR ORDER please place a new order with the additions using the same name and contact info as your initial order and leave a note in the comment section to give us a heads up. We will bag them together.

Will I be notified when it’s time to pickup my online pre-order?

Yes. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL (and a text if you opted in at checkout) when your order is ready to be picked up. On the day of your pickup, feel free to call 650-713-5303 if you have questions.
